I’m your humble host, an Armchair Astronaut, on a mission to boldly go where no hobbiest has gone before – or at least to bring the cosmos a little closer to home.

As a self-proclaimed, quietly curious space enthusiast, my dreams of becoming an astronaut were quickly grounded by my deep-rooted desire to, well, remain grounded. But that hasn’t stopped me from gazing up at the stars and pondering the mysteries of the universe.

Like a sommelier of celestial musings, I’ve been told I have the “palate of the people” when it comes to space…
What that means is, if you’re curious about space but don’t want to go through the hassle of donning a spacesuit or finding a nearby wormhole, you’re in the right place. I’m here to share the wonders of the cosmos as I find them and hopefully ensure they’re accessible, enjoyable, and digestible – just like a fine bottle of wine.
